The role
The company is hiring a senior backend engineer for its Advanced Trading team, building social, asset discovery and real-time notification features in Go. The role is remote in the US, with quarterly in-person working sessions.
What you will do
- Design, build and run high-performance backend services
- Run experiments to improve trading conversion funnels
- Make system design trade-offs to ship features faster
- Work with product and design across time zones
What they ask for
- 5+ years of backend engineering with significant Go and gRPC experience
- Experience designing scalable service architectures
- Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog or similar
- Knowledge of event-driven systems such as Kafka
- SQL or NoSQL database experience
