The role
The company is hiring a full stack engineer for its Trust & Safety team, building systems that detect spam, phishing, bots and SMS fraud and keep email and SMS delivery reliable. The role is remote in the US.
What you will do
- Build abuse detection across sign-up, booking and messaging
- Improve reliability and compliance of email and SMS notifications
- Measure new detection on real traffic before it acts on accounts
- Respond to live abuse during on-call and replace quick fixes with durable ones
- Build review tools for the Trust & Safety Operations team
What they ask for
- 3+ years of professional software development at a SaaS or technology company
- Experience with Rails, Node/TypeScript, Go or similar
- Experience in trust and safety, fraud, spam or abuse prevention
- Experience with email or SMS deliverability or messaging compliance
- On-call participation
