The company is hiring an engineering manager to lead its Notifications team, which runs the platform behind every notification the app sends. Remote within the United States.
What you will do
- Lead a team of full-stack engineers on the notifications platform
- Set technical direction for notifications infrastructure
- Use experiments and metrics to improve engagement
- Hire and coach engineers

- 5+ years as a software engineer on backend or infrastructure systems at scale
- 2+ years as an engineering manager
- Production experience with Elixir, Python, pubsub pipelines and Kubernetes
