The role
The company, the home services marketplace, needs an IT Systems Engineer II for its IT Infrastructure team. The role is remote within the United States and covers SaaS administration, integrations and escalated IT support.
What you will do
- Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, GitHub and other internal tools
- Handle escalations from the IT Support team and troubleshoot complex problems
- Scope and implement SSO and other SaaS integrations requested by the business

- 5+ years of IT systems engineering in a distributed enterprise environment
- SaaS administration, cloud services and identity/access systems experience
- Understanding of security, compliance and incident response practices
