The role
The company is hiring a Telematics Coverage Engineer to expand the vehicle data its platform captures by analyzing vehicle networks and OEM telematics. The role is remote in the United States and includes travel to customer locations.
What you will do
- Research vehicle network signals and OEM data
- Connect to vehicles and capture and analyze logs
- Use debugging and reverse engineering to expand coverage
- Visit customer sites to validate solutions
What they ask for
- 4+ years analyzing vehicle network traffic or telematics systems
- Degree in electrical, software or automotive engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience with vehicle communication networks
- Programming in C
- Physical debugging tools such as multimeters or oscilloscopes
- Travel to customer sites
