The role
The company, a recruiter that places Philippines-based talent with Australian companies, is hiring a Funnel & Performance Marketing Specialist for a consumer product brand business. What you will do
- Build landing pages, booking flows and pre-call nurture sequences
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns and budgets
- Set up tracking to tie campaigns to revenue
- Test creative and messaging variations based on data

- Hands-on Meta Ads management (essential)
- Experience building funnels, landing pages, booking flows and CRM automations
- Experience setting up conversion tracking
- Google Ads experience is beneficial
- Available during Australian business hours
