The role
The company is hiring an Amazon SEO Optimization Manager, a newly created role, for the SawyerSoles catalog of roughly 2,500 to 2,800 ASINs. The person will build and run a repeatable SEO framework for listings. Remote in the Philippines, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
What you will do
- Build a documented SEO framework for titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content and backend search terms
- Run keyword research with DataDive and Helium 10 and record the workflow in SOPs and Loom videos
- Optimise new listings at creation and work through existing top-revenue ASINs
- Track rank, sessions, conversion and unit velocity before and after changes
- Align keyword research with the PPC lead and find catalog issues dragging rank
- Deliver weekly and monthly SEO reports and keep an SEO scorecard
What they ask for
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon SEO and listing optimization, ideally for a reseller, agency or aggregator
- Deep proficiency with DataDive or equivalent such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or SmartScout
- Ability to write titles, bullets, descriptions and backend terms that move rank
- Understanding of Amazon A9 and COSMO behavior for reseller listings
- Hands-on Amazon bulk operations: flat files, listing loader, Variation Wizard
- Comfortable with catalogs of 1,000+ ASINs
- Excellent written English and daily AI use, especially Claude
- Based in the Philippines, working 9-5 EST
