The role
The company is hiring a Staff Backend Software Engineer for its FinHub Transfers team, owning the architecture of systems that move crypto and fiat funds. The role is remote in the United States, with quarterly in-person working sessions.
What you will do
- Own the architecture of crypto and fiat fund movement systems
- Lead cross-team initiatives with Payments and Trading
- Find scaling bottlenecks and design solutions
- Set engineering standards and mentor engineers
