The role
The company is hiring a senior data scientist for its Ads Optimization team, working on bidding, pacing, budgeting and targeting for its ads business. The role is remote in Canada, in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia or Nova Scotia only.
What you will do
- Own analytics and experiments for pacing and targeting
- Design pacing and budget allocation algorithms
- Apply causal inference and ML to ad spend
What they ask for
- 6+ years in data science or a related field
- Ads optimization experience at an ad tech company in pacing, targeting or budgets
- Experience shipping optimization systems into production
- Background in budget-constrained allocation or adaptive control is a plus
