The role
The company is hiring a senior engineer for its Wallets, Liquidity & Bridging team in the Platform organization. The work is backend services in Go that handle wallet operations and cross-chain asset movement. The company is remote-first, with quarterly in-person working sessions.
What you will do
- Design and ship Go backend services for wallet operations, liquidity movement and cross-chain bridging
- Build distributed systems that manage transaction lifecycle, signing, broadcasting and on-chain reconciliation
- Improve reliability and observability of wallet services, including incident response and post-mortems
- Work with Trading, Custody and Staking teams to define clear contracts for wallet services
- Break legacy systems into modular platform services other teams can reuse
- Review code and share architecture knowledge within the team
What they ask for
- 5+ years in software engineering, with proficiency in Go
- Experience designing and running service-oriented distributed systems in production
- Backend work with strict correctness and reliability demands
- Familiarity with blockchain transaction construction, on-chain indexing or cross-chain integrations (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana)
- Experience splitting monoliths into microservices or building shared platform architecture
- Ability to drive projects from design to production with autonomy
- Willing to attend quarterly in-person sessions
