The role
The company is hiring a frontend software engineer for the Financial Services & Loyalty team in Consumer & Business. The team builds card, payments and loyalty experiences, including the the company One credit card and crypto-back rewards, in React and React Native.
What you will do
- Own frontend development across web and mobile for card onboarding, rewards, transactions and payment flows
- Build features that expand the company's loyalty and card products
- Run experiments and funnel optimization to improve conversion, activation and retention
- Work with product, design and backend engineers to turn requirements into fast, polished experiences
- Find and fix frontend performance bottlenecks tied to latency and availability SLOs
What they ask for
- 3+ years of software engineering with a strong frontend focus on React and React Native
- Track record owning features end to end, from design through testing and production release
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and funnel optimization, including instrumenting and measuring flows
- Ability to collaborate with product, design and backend teams and deliver on time
- Responsible use of generative AI tools with human oversight
