The role
The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Blockchain Networks team in its Platform group. The team builds infrastructure connecting blockchain protocols to the company services for new assets, stablecoins and staking. The company is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Own the design and delivery of blockchain network infrastructure that exposes reliable platform APIs
- Lead multi-quarter work such as new chain integrations, re-architecture and data migrations
- Define APIs, SLOs and observability for your systems and own on-call
- Set data contracts and ship SDKs and platform primitives with product and platform teams
- Build deep knowledge of major protocols such as Bitcoin and Ethereum to simplify cross-chain operations
What they ask for
- 5+ years of software engineering with ownership of production services
- Experience designing and scaling distributed systems with high-throughput, low-latency workloads
- Hands-on experience with at least two of Golang, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB or similar
- Direct experience with blockchain protocols or crypto infrastructure
- Experience decomposing monoliths into microservices with clear API contracts
- Willing to attend quarterly in-person sessions
