The role
The company is hiring a Threat Intelligence Platform Engineer in Security Operations to run its Vertex Synapse platform in production. The role ingests and models intelligence sources and feeds them into detections and blocklists. Remote role.
What you will do
- Own the production Vertex Synapse instance, including health, backend operations and data hygiene
- Build intelligence feed integrations, enrichments and tagging
- Deliver intelligence to detections, blocklists, data warehouses and agent workflows
- Turn intelligence requirements from Security and Product into production capabilities
- Prototype features, fixes and tooling for the intelligence analysts
What they ask for
- 2+ years building and running threat intelligence platforms or security data pipelines in production
- Software development in Python, Go or Storm, including CI/CD ownership after release
- Experience ingesting, modeling and tagging indicators and intelligence data at scale
- Record of troubleshooting production and data quality issues and fixing root causes
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions in security operations
