The role
The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Tokens & Wrapped Assets team in Platform. The team runs the platform that issues and wraps assets, including cbBTC, across Ethereum, Base and Solana. The company is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Own token and wrapped asset projects end to end, from contract deployment to API design, SLOs and rollout across chains
- Build and run the Go services and smart contracts that mint, burn, bridge and reconcile wrapped assets
- Speed up and secure the pipeline for launching, upgrading and migrating tokens
- Work with Trading, Custody, USDC and Compliance teams on revenue-impacting onchain work
- Lead on-call ownership with observability, runbooks and operational improvements for Tier-0 systems
- Coach junior engineers and contribute to design reviews
What they ask for
- 5+ years in software engineering with a backend language (Go preferred), operating production services at scale
- Hands-on blockchain experience: Solidity or EVM contracts, onchain integrations, or services that transact onchain
- Experience with APIs, event-driven architecture, data reconciliation and on-call ownership
- Track record owning complex projects with autonomy in multi-chain or multi-system settings
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
