The role
The company is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer for the GFCO Analytics Engineering team in its Customer Experience organization. You will build data pipelines, models and measurement for customer experience and compliance work. The company is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Build and maintain production data pipelines, dimensional models and ML-based analytics, including LLM contact classification
- Create self-service dashboards and AI-assisted analytics tools in Looker, Hex or Python
- Design causal inference frameworks and experiments such as A/B tests and difference-in-differences
- Turn business needs from stakeholders into data solutions and manage an analytics roadmap
- Investigate key metrics with statistical methods and set analytics engineering standards
What they ask for
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, data science or data engineering owning production pipelines
- Advanced SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake or similar
- Experience designing A/B tests and quasi-experiments with causal inference methods
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Experience applying ML to classification or detection problems, ideally in compliance data (AML, transaction monitoring)
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
- Attend quarterly in-person working sessions
