The role
The company is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for its Consumer Payments team, which owns how users send, receive and move crypto across web and mobile. You will own key payment user journeys. The company is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Own frontend development for crypto send, receive and transaction status tracking on web and mobile
- Improve latency, availability and SLOs of the payment flows you own
- Build new features such as contact management and real-time transaction status trackers
- Work with product, design and backend engineers to scope and ship projects that cut customer support contacts
- Find and fix frontend performance bottlenecks in payment flows
What they ask for
- 5+ years of software engineering with deep React and React Native expertise
- Track record shipping consumer-facing products end to end at high scale
- Experience owning SLOs and improving latency and availability
- Ability to mentor junior engineers as a senior technical voice
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
- Attend quarterly in-person working sessions
