The role
The company is hiring a Software Engineer for the Compliance CXAE team, which builds the AI-first tools that customer experience compliance agents use for KYC and customer issues. The work is full-stack in Go and React. Remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Build user-facing features for the compliance agent platform in Go and React, from design to production
- Assess, select and implement third-party tools and vendor integrations
- Partner with product, design, security and data teams on compliance and customer-experience problems
- Maintain scalable, high-traffic services using event-driven design, caching, load balancing and observability on AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor engineers on design patterns, testing and deployment
What they ask for
- 2+ years of professional software engineering building web applications
- A modern backend language (Go, Python, Java or similar) and a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with caching, event-driven architectures or API integrations
- Clear written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
- Attend quarterly in-person working sessions
