The role
The company, a web marketing platform, is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to improve the reliability and scale of its customer-facing production infrastructure. The position is a permanent, full-time employee role, remote-first in Argentina.
What you will do
- Own and evolve the cloud platform: compute layer, EKS fleet, serverless, networking and cloud operations on AWS and GCP
- Maintain the infrastructure-as-code foundation and shared components other teams build on
- Design and maintain the networking layer connecting the company's services
- Improve dashboards, alerts and SLOs so issues are caught early and on-call pages are actionable
- Build AI-powered automation such as policy-as-code, drift detection and LLM-assisted runbook generation
What they ask for
- 5+ years owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing, low-downtime environment
- Deep hands-on AWS experience
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades, autoscaling and add-ons
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Pulumi or Terraform
- Experience with multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP
- Based in Argentina as a permanent employee, not a contractor
