The role
The company is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer for its Delivery Loop team under Developer Productivity, owning deployment strategy from CI to production rollout. The role is remote-first and listed for Argentina as a permanent full-time position.
What you will do
- Define the end-to-end deployment strategy from CI pipelines to production rollout
- Own and evolve the GitOps deployment platform, such as ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts
- Build progressive delivery with canary, blue/green, feature flags and automated rollback
- Set technical direction and best practices for CI/CD and release engineering
- Remove bottlenecks to improve developer productivity and cycle time
- Build internal tooling for testing and deployment
What they ask for
- 7+ years in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps and tools such as ArgoCD
- Experience scaling CI/CD systems for large engineering organizations
- Knowledge of AWS, Docker and distributed systems
- Experience with progressive delivery and infrastructure as code such as Pulumi or Terraform
- Business-level English
- Located in Argentina
