The role
The company is hiring a Senior Enterprise Engineer on its Enterprise Applications & Architecture team to build Salesforce CRM and billing solutions for the Sales, Trading and Prime business. The company is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Own Salesforce solution design and delivery using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and managed packages across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build and run integrations between Salesforce and internal platforms using REST APIs, Platform Events, middleware, ETL and contracting systems like Ironclad.
- Write technical design documents covering security, data architecture and system limits.
- Turn requirements from Sales, Legal and Compliance stakeholders into technical designs.
- Do code reviews, on-call rotations and root cause analysis, and mentor junior Salesforce engineers.
What they ask for
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, sharing model, packaging, release management).
- Delivery of complex Sales Cloud or Service Cloud solutions.
- Experience building and operating integrations with REST APIs, Platform Events, middleware and ETL tooling.
- Experience writing design documents and presenting trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals applied within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, multi-sandbox management and AI-assisted development tools.
