The role
The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer on the Compliance CXAE team, part of Enterprise Applications and Architecture, to build AI-first full-stack tools for compliance agents. The company is remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions.
What you will do
- Build user-facing features with Go, React and cloud technologies for compliance agents and KYC accuracy.
- Lead selection and integration of third-party tools into the compliance agent platform.
- Deliver complex solutions with product, design, security and data teams.
- Architect reusable platform improvements that benefit multiple teams.
- Own reliability for Tier-1 compliance systems.
- Mentor engineers on full-stack design, testing, deployment, documentation and observability.
What they ask for
- 5+ years building large-scale systems with Go and React on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, BuildKite or similar).
- Experience with third-party vendor integrations from assessment to operation.
- Experience operating high-traffic platforms: rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers.
- Proficiency in event-driven architecture (Kafka, MQ), SQL or NoSQL, and gRPC or GraphQL.
- Experience working across distributed teams and time zones.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
