The role
The company is hiring an Enterprise Engineer for its Legal Platforms team, which runs the company's legal technology stack including Ironclad, Evisort, Brightflag and DocuSign. You would build integrations, workflows and data foundations for Legal. The company is remote-first.
What you will do
- Own Ironclad architecture, workflows and contract lifecycle management
- Build and maintain integrations with Workato and APIs that cut manual intake and fulfillment work
- Support Evisort, Brightflag and DocuSign workflows and reliability
- Run data migrations, backfills, reconciliations and data hygiene work
- Manage access and credentials for Legal systems, including service accounts and tokens
- Work with Legal, Compliance, Security and Engineering to ship changes safely
What they ask for
- 3 to 6+ years administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign or comparable CLM and eSignature tools
- Hands-on integration work with Workato or similar iPaaS, REST APIs, webhooks and authentication flows
- Ability to debug integration failures and data inconsistencies
- Track record of data migrations, bulk loads and reconciliations
- Ability to own a platform end-to-end with loose requirements
- Responsible use of generative AI tools in daily work
