The role
The company, a fully remote form and survey company, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its AI Engineering team, which builds products such as Research Flow. Candidates must be based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain or the Netherlands.
What you will do
- Build generative AI features using LLMs, RAG, vector search and agentic systems
- Build services and APIs that let product teams use AI capabilities
- Run ML services on Python, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS, with Kafka and Airflow pipelines
- Build automated evaluation pipelines and benchmarks for accuracy, reliability, latency and cost
- Monitor AI systems in production and add safeguards
- Set technical standards for building and releasing AI and support other engineers
What they ask for
- Based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain or the Netherlands
- At least 4 years building and deploying ML or AI systems in production
- Strong Python and software engineering skills, including FastAPI
- Hands-on generative AI work with LLMs, RAG, tool use or agents
- Experience with PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph or similar
- Experience with enterprise RAG, automated evaluations and MLflow
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD
- Experience with Kafka, vector databases or SageMaker/Bedrock
