The role
The company is hiring an AI/LLM Developer to support AI initiatives and pilot projects on a program. The person works with technical and functional teams to build, test and mature AI-enabled capabilities. Security eligibility is required, and TSA experience and DHS public trust are preferred.
What you will do
- Work with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, define requirements and set success criteria
- Build solutions using large language models and generative AI
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of AI applications
- Use user feedback to move successful pilots into operational capabilities

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience developing AI- and LLM-enabled applications
- Strong software engineering and application development background
- Experience with solution design, testing, deployment and integration
- Must meet security eligibility; TSA experience and DHS public trust preferred
- Preferred skills: Python, AWS serverless, Amazon Bedrock, prompt engineering and model evaluation
