What you will do
- Assign interpreters to bookings
- Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
- Follow up with clients and interpreters
- Keep booking records

- 3+ years in call centre or customer service with Australian companies or customers
- Australian work experience
- Clear spoken English with minimal accent
- Based in or near Manila or Cebu
- Full-time 8:30 AM-6:30 PM Sydney time
- NBI clearance and background check
