The role
Wealthsimple is hiring a Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth to own how it acquires new credit card clients against set targets. The role covers the growth model, offers and acquisition channels. Wealthsimple describes itself as a hybrid team.
What you will do
- Build the growth model and prioritized roadmap for credit card new-client targets
- Own the acquisition plan across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle and partnerships
- Develop and test sign-up offers, welcome bonuses and referral incentives
- Analyze the application funnel and work with Product on conversion improvements
- Be accountable for hitting new-client targets

- Analytical, hands-on approach to experimentation and forecasting
- Channel-agnostic mindset, including building new channels
