The role
CXM is hiring a full-time Social Media Lead, reporting to the CMO, to own its global social presence across organic and paid channels. A player-coach role combining strategy, execution and community management. Fully remote in European time zones.
What you will do
- Consolidate regional Facebook pages into one global page within 90 days
- Build and run the global social strategy and content calendars
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns, mainly on Meta
- Manage comments, messages and community interactions, escalating issues
- Report on organic and paid performance with recommendations
- Coach local social media managers as the team grows
What they ask for
- Experience managing social media for a global or multi-market brand
- Strong hands-on paid social experience, especially Meta Ads
- Strong grasp of organic social, content strategy and community management
- Able to analyse performance and optimise from data
- Experience managing budgets, audiences and creative tests
- Fintech, crypto or financial services experience is advantageous
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
