The role
Coinbase is hiring a Social Media Manager to grow its prediction markets presence, running @CoinbasePredict on X with real-time content on finance, sports, politics and culture. The role is remote in the United States, with quarterly in-person working sessions.
What you will do
- Run @CoinbasePredict day to day with original content and market reactions
- Track trends and competitors to spot timely content
- Bring prediction market launches to social with product, legal and creative
- Build content processes and AI-assisted workflows
- Analyse performance to grow followers and engagement
What they ask for
- 3+ years managing brand or creator social accounts with proven growth, especially on X
- Active user of prediction markets across several categories
- Strong copywriting, meme-making and short-form video skills
- Experience running a daily content calendar around real-time news
- Able to attend quarterly in-person working sessions
