The role
Zapier is hiring a senior product marketing manager for its enterprise offering. First priorities are go-to-market for Sidekick, its newest product, the governance story, and helping Sales win on technical differentiators. The role is remote in the US.
What you will do
- Lead enterprise go-to-market and commercial packaging for new products like Sidekick, from design partners to general availability
- Help define the enterprise ideal customer profile and a repeatable sales motion
- Own the governance narrative: secure auth, identity management and safe agent use
- Build the talk track around Zapier differentiators such as fluid determinism
- Work with customer advocacy on case studies and proof points
- Turn product updates into field-ready materials and pass deal feedback to product
What they ask for
- 8+ years in product marketing, with meaningful time supporting enterprise sales
- Track record of reaching product-market fit for a new product through pricing and packaging experiments
- Technical depth to explain MCP or agent-based workflows to a C-level buyer
- Comfort with enterprise buyers: proposals, demos and turning feedback into product inputs
- Data-driven point of view drawn from customer conversations and deal feedback
- Strong async written communication
- Regular use of AI tools, ideally having built automations
