The role
Supabase, a Postgres development platform, is hiring a Support Engineer to give developers help with issues and guidance. This is a full-time remote role covering Monday to Friday, and you must be located in European time zones.
What you will do
- Give timely first responses to support cases, from billing to optimization questions.
- Triage cases by pointing users to docs and examples or escalating to the right team members.
- Monitor feedback channels including GitHub Issues and Discussions.
- Identify where internal tooling could make support more efficient.
- Reproduce issues, write test cases and improve test coverage.
What they ask for
- 3+ years of customer support experience helping technical customers or developers.
- Proficiency in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, including complex queries.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with Linux/Unix and the command line.
- Experience working with GitHub Issues and Discussions.
- Located in European time zones.
