The role
Supabase is hiring a Data API Engineer to improve the features, reliability and performance of its Data API, which is built on the PostgREST project. Supabase is fully remote, has no offices and hires globally.
What you will do
- Improve the performance of PostgREST's PostgreSQL driver
- Build new PostgREST features and fix bugs toward a multitenant Data API
- Resolve incidents and escalated support issues
- Debug integration issues with other Supabase teams
What they ask for
- At least 3 years of strong Haskell experience
- Experience with the C language
- Solid SQL and plpgsql knowledge in PostgreSQL
- Track record of open source contributions
- Experience giving technical support to users
- Experience debugging applications on Linux
