The role
Stripe is hiring an AEO and GEO Marketing Manager in Growth Marketing to lead acquisition from answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The role also covers making Stripe's site work well for AI agents.
What you will do
- Lead growth and user acquisition strategy for the answer engine optimization channel
- Optimize Stripe.com so AI agents can access it and act on behalf of users
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities to improve search and answer engine channels
- Report regularly on channel performance and identify new opportunities
- Build a testing roadmap with content, engineering and data analytics teams
What they ask for
- 5+ years creating and running SEO strategies, with direct AEO and GEO experience
- Technical experience making websites SEO and AEO friendly
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience using user intent analysis to prioritise actions
- Experience leading project roadmaps across engineering and content teams
- NLP, vector search and RAG familiarity, and SQL, are preferred
