The role
NeoWork is hiring a Bilingual Help Desk & Client Support Specialist for a US restaurant-focused business, onboarding restaurants to ordering platforms and giving Tier-1 support in English and Spanish. The role is home-based and open to applicants in Colombia and Venezuela.
What you will do
- Onboard restaurant clients to ordering and delivery platforms
- Provide Tier-1 help desk support and basic troubleshooting
- Interpret between English and Spanish in vendor conversations
- Handle scheduling, follow-ups and admin tasks for the founder
What they ask for
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Experience in help desk, support, customer service or virtual assistant roles
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn restaurant ordering software
- Organised enough to juggle many small tasks
- Available during US business hours
- UberEats or DoorDash experience is a plus
