The role
Remote Recruitment is hiring a call centre agent for a UK-based employer. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, is fully remote from South Africa and runs on UK hours, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST).
What you will do
- Take inbound calls and resolve queries
- Make outbound follow-up calls where needed
- Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Follow scripts and compliance requirements
- Meet quality and call-handling targets
What they ask for
- Based in South Africa and able to work 09:00 to 17:00 UK time
- Experience in a call centre or phone-based role
- Clear spoken English with a professional manner
- Experience using a CRM or dialler system
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Nice to have: Five9, Aircall, sales or collections calls, UK customers
