The role
VirtuHire is recruiting for a client that needs a Customer Support / Client Experience Specialist for a UK-focused team. The work covers Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media and virtual calls. Previous support experience is not essential but a university degree is. Fully remote, Tuesday to Saturday.
What you will do
- Support customers across Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media DMs and virtual calls
- Answer enquiries promptly and take queries through to resolution
- Handle complaints calmly and escalate complex queries when needed
- Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Follow internal support processes, workflows and SOPs
- Report recurring customer issues so the client experience can improve
What they ask for
- Completed university degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and organisation
- Calm, structured approach when handling complaints
- Quick to learn new platforms and systems
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Available to work Tuesday to Saturday on an ongoing basis
