The role
SupportYourApp, a support-outsourcing company serving tech clients, is hiring a Technical Support Consultant for VPN and networking products. The person helps clients set up and troubleshoot secure access, MFA and connections. Remote, with locations listed in North Macedonia and South Africa.
What you will do
- Help clients configure and troubleshoot secure private access and MFA for VPNs
- Analyse network traffic and logs to find root causes
- Advise on bandwidth allocation for VPN users
What they ask for
- Fluent English
- Solid knowledge of networking: IPsec, DNS, packet tracing, ports, firewalls
- Understanding of VPNs, routing, split tunnelling and WireGuard
- Confidence with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS
- Own computer with 8 GB RAM and 50/40 Mbps internet
