The role
Reddit is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to set direction for applied AI across its business functions and build AI agents and automations, while mentoring engineers. The role is remote and open to applicants in the United States.
What you will do
- Set technical direction for applied AI across business functions
- Build AI applications, agents and automations
- Mentor engineers and technical leads
- Establish architecture and engineering practices for reliable delivery
