The role
Stripe is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Stripe Capital, its financing product for businesses. The role runs global lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product channels to drive self-serve acquisition and activation.
What you will do
- Plan and run scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications for acquisition, activation and revenue
- Test and scale new channels such as direct mail and push notifications
- Gather user insights to improve the experience and campaign strategy
- Use marketing automation, behavioral data and ML techniques to personalise at scale
- Analyse trends, optimise against targets and share learnings
- Work with Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Sales
What they ask for
- 7+ years in marketing designing and launching multi-channel campaigns
- 5+ years analysing marketing campaign performance and writing marketing briefs
- 3+ years using data, AI and ML-driven techniques
- 3+ years of B2B marketing
- 3+ years with email, direct mail and push notifications
- Marketo, Salesforce or Salesloft experience is preferred, as is fintech lending experience
