Reddit is hiring Senior and Staff Machine Learning Engineers for its Answers Relevance team, building retrieval, ranking and LLM-powered features that surface relevant community conversations. The role is remote and open to applicants in the United States.
What you will do
- Lead ML projects from idea to production
- Build retrieval, ranking, embeddings and LLM-powered features
- Evaluate new AI and ML approaches
- Mentor engineers and shape ML roadmaps
What they ask for
- 4-12 years building, deploying and operating ML systems in production
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers
- Production-quality Python; Go is a plus
- Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, training and serving
