The role
Winning Assistants is placing a medical virtual assistant with a regenerative medicine practice in Hawaii. The full-time remote role covers patient calls, scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations and records, with a preference for candidates in the Philippines.
What you will do
- Handle patient calls and schedule appointments
- Manage patient intake and medical records
- Verify insurance and process prior authorizations
- Coordinate with the outsourced billing team
What they ask for
- Prior experience supporting US medical practices
- Experience handling about 50 inbound and outbound calls a day
- Insurance verification and prior authorization experience
- EHR/EMR experience; Practice Fusion preferred
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Hawaii time

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
