The role

What you will do
- Build repeatable online and in-person partner event programs, including workshops, enablement and co-sell events
- Own the measurement framework: selection criteria, benchmarks and ROI analysis for events
- Maintain a capacity model and integrated editorial calendar for Partner Marketing events
- Manage the events budget and forecast, tracking commitments and spend
- Launch a shared-services model for events and manage agency partner performance

- 7+ years in B2B event, partner or field marketing, or marketing program management
- Independent management of complex cross-functional programs with timelines and dependencies
- Analytical skills in benchmarks, ROI evaluation and diagnosing underperformance
- Experience managing program budgets and forecasts

- Strong written and verbal communication across regions and functions
