The role
TechOp Solutions is hiring a remote call center representative to support a client's operations by taking calls and documenting sensitive information in government systems. Candidates must live in Miami-Dade or Broward County, Florida.
What you will do
- Answer and track incoming calls
- Prepare and submit detailed reports in government systems
- Interview callers using judgment beyond set scripts
- Work across several systems while recording call details accurately
- Research databases and open sources, and route or escalate calls
What they ask for
- 3+ years of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Able to talk and enter data at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with telephony systems and CRMs
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Word, for drafting reports
- Experience handling sensitive information
- Live in Miami-Dade or Broward County
