The role
The company is hiring a Staff Fullstack Engineer for its new Data Products team, which turns the company and third-party development data into dashboards, APIs and data products. It is a foundational 0-to-1 role with technical leadership across several teams.
What you will do
- Design how the company and third-party data is ingested, modeled and synced into a near-real-time knowledge graph
- Lead integrations with Jira, observability tools, Zendesk and ServiceNow
- Architect a Data Marketplace so customers can use the company data through Snowflake, Databricks and BigQuery
- Publish the company observability as OpenTelemetry and provide data-sharing APIs
- Define operational readiness across the company.com, Dedicated and Self-Managed
- Turn an ambiguous problem space into roadmaps, resolve cross-team dependencies and mentor engineers
What they ask for
- Staff-level experience owning product or platform systems end to end across several teams
- Deep full-stack skills with strong proficiency in Go, Ruby and Node
- Depth in analytics and metrics platforms, graph data systems or CDC and warehouse integration
- Hands-on experience building production AI-powered tool orchestration
- Experience operating multi-tenant systems across SaaS and self-managed deployments
- Direct communication and the habit of writing down reasoning
