The role
The company is hiring a Staff Enterprise Architect to design how its internal business systems are configured, integrated and scaled. The role is an individual-contributor position reporting to the Director of Enterprise Architecture and AI Intelligent Automation. It covers Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Zendesk and Workato.
What you will do
- Map business processes and capabilities to the systems that support them and remove friction and manual handoffs
- Design end-to-end processes such as quote-to-cash, billing, renewals and record-to-report, deciding what AI, automation or people handle
- Act as embedded architect for Applications engineering teams on Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora and Zendesk changes
- Review significant build proposals and data model changes and sit on the Architecture Review Board
- Run quarterly platform health checks and publish a report card on limits and headroom
- Design data flows, integration contracts and AI data-access boundaries that meet privacy and SOX needs
What they ask for
- Senior architecture experience across business, application, data and technology layers
- Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Zendesk and Workato
- Experience with integration patterns including APIs, event-driven design, batch pipelines and iPaaS
- Understanding of privacy, residency and SOX data-handling requirements
- Ability to lead through influence without managing people
