The role
The company is hiring a Staff AI Marketing Systems Engineer within Solutions Marketing to build internal AI agent services that help sellers find market intelligence and create tailored sales assets. Remote within Canada and the US.
What you will do
- Map how sellers, product marketers and campaign managers work and turn it into technical requirements
- Design the agent runtime: context, state, tools, permissions, retrieval, evaluation and human review
- Build routing and specialist agents for sales assets, campaign briefs, competitive responses and deal support
- Connect the AI layer to Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake and Slack
- Build permission-aware access, audit trails and prompt injection defenses
- Tune agent behavior using evaluation sets, seller feedback and usage data
What they ask for
- Experience building agents, workflows and production AI systems
- Work with large language model providers, coding agents and retrieval systems
- Ability to treat Sales and Marketing teams as users and build against their real workflows
- Located in Canada or the US
