The role
The company is hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to build features in Angular for its AI workspace product, working with designers, backend and integrations engineers, and a QA counterpart. The company expects daily AI use from every team member.
What you will do
- Build features in Angular 2+ together with designers, engineers and product
- Design efficient, reusable front-end code that shapes the the company user experience
- Manage your own project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- Find and fix performance and scalability issues
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, working with a QA counterpart
- Fix bugs quickly and follow established state-management practices
What they ask for
- 8+ years working with JavaScript and modern frameworks, with Angular 2+ required
- Experience with NgRx-style state management, TypeScript and RxJS
- HTML and CSS skills covering layout, specificity, cross-browser support and accessibility
- Experience building reusable components and developing for performance
- Self-starter with strong written and spoken communication
- Experience mentoring teammates
- Daily use of AI in your work
