The role
The company is hiring a Software Engineer for Integrations on the Data Abstractions & Tools team of its North AI workspace. You will build and maintain integrations with external tools and data sources, and own the process for adding new ones. Remote work is allowed.
What you will do
- Build new integrations on the North agentic platform and maintain those in production
- Own the integration pipeline from design through shipping and maintenance
- Help other engineers add integrations and raise the team's standards
- Create evals and tests that catch regressions in integrations
- Tune tool descriptions based on feedback and evals
- Use AI in your work while staying accountable for quality

- Shipped production code and comfortable building integrations against external APIs
- Background evaluating agentic systems, or at least knowledge of evals, prompt engineering and tool-description tuning
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting where priorities keep shifting
- High agency: learns quickly and drives change without detailed instructions
- Experience owning work end to end with attention to quality
