The role
The company, maker of an AI workspace combining tasks, docs, chat and search, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its AI product. You will build user-facing AI features on top of LLMs with product, design and engineering teams.
What you will do
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered features used by the company customers
- Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLMs and AI models for context-aware, personalized experiences
- Prototype and iterate on new AI features using user feedback and data
- Keep AI features reliable, scalable and fast in production
- Address AI privacy, security and compliance concerns
- Mentor other engineers on building AI products
What they ask for
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered features in production
- Solid understanding of LLM strengths, limits and integration strategies
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and evaluation frameworks for AI features
- 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar
- 5+ years with PostgreSQL, MySQL or related databases
- 5+ years with Elasticsearch or related technologies
- Production observability and logging experience
