The role
The company, a form and survey builder, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build the AI capabilities behind Research Flow, its AI-moderated research product. The company is fully remote and for this role can hire candidates in the US Eastern time zone.
What you will do
- Design, build and deploy generative AI features using LLMs, RAG, vector search and agentic systems.
- Build services and APIs so product teams can add AI to customer experiences.
- Run ML services and pipelines with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka and Airflow.
- Build automated evaluation pipelines and benchmarks for accuracy, relevance, latency and cost.
- Monitor AI systems in production and add safeguards to protect customer data.
- Set technical standards for building, evaluating and releasing AI systems.
What they ask for
- 4+ years building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills, including production services with FastAPI or similar.
- Hands-on generative AI work with LLMs, RAG, tool use or agents.
- Experience with PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD.
- Experience with MLflow, Kafka or vector databases.
- Based in the US Eastern time zone.
