The role
The company, a Canadian financial services company, is hiring a Content Writer for its Investment Research Team. You would write investor insights, client-ready investment materials and financial planning content for the advice hub.
What you will do
- Own the monthly investor insights content explaining what matters in markets
- Produce client-ready due diligence questionnaires and other investment materials
- Build general advice and financial planning content for the advice hub
- Write timely notes for wealth management clients when markets or events call for it
- Research new market developments and turn them into insights
- Work with the investment team and editorial teams, using AI tools only to polish standard content

- Understanding of investment principles and portfolio concepts
- Comfort with financial planning concepts
- Strong, clear writing for client-ready content
- Editorial judgment and the ability to structure an argument
- Awareness of current market developments
- Reliable, self-directed delivery without heavy oversight
- Nice to have: Canadian wealth management or retail investment product knowledge
- Nice to have: portfolio of published financial writing
